What do you like best about Texta.ai?

I cannot comment on what I like best about Texta because I have not been able to use the product. I purchased the product through AppSumo. After I registered, it kept prompting me to upgrade my account. I have not been able to upgrade my account nor to utilize any of the features of the software. It seems like the interface would be easy to use. However, I can't be sure because I can't utilize it. The redemption and implementation process is straightforward. However, when there are issues they are almost impossible to resolve.

What do you dislike about Texta.ai?

After purchasing the product through AppSumo, I registered but it said I have a free account instead of a paid account. I reached out to their customer support to see about fixing the issue. It took them 4 days to get back to me. When they did, they assured me that my issue was a top priority and would be marked as urgent. Angelica from customer service told me this, "Rest assured, your issue will be given top priority and we will provide you with updates as soon as we receive feedback from our team." That was 10 days ago and I have not heard anything from them since. I have attempted to use the software at least once every two days. I wanted to see if technical support had made a correction without contacting me but that has not been the case.

What problems is Texta.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

Text that has not been able to solve any problems for me because I can't use it. Their customer service and technical support are almost completely unresponsive. I can't get it to write an article for me without it prompting me to upgrade my account.

What do you like best about Texta.ai?

The content that is generated I have found useful in many instances. There are some specific types of content that I find texta to be quite good at creating and is my go-to AI content tool for.

What do you dislike about Texta.ai?

I often need to create YouTube descriptions for the videos I upload to YouTube and I have found Texta to not be as great here as it is with other types of content so I hope future upgrades will address this

As a solopreneur, sometimes content creation can be a hassle. Having access to a product like Texta.ai has made content creation a little less of a hassle because I am able to get great content ideas and usually a decent starting point.

What do you like best about Texta.ai?

The software can be set up without any problems. If you don’t have time for this, numerous templates are available. These can be used for text corrections, PR idea development or writing blog articles. In addition, the software has continuously improved over time, which is noticeable in the results.

What do you dislike about Texta.ai?

As a designer, I see a need for improvement in the look and feel of the page, especially with fonts and individual elements. While the workflow is intuitive and simple, the design could enhance the user experience.

Furthermore, options such as uploading a company logo or changing the profile pictures are missing in the settings. In addition, these are positioned at an impractical location—one would rather suspect them at the bottom left, where however, only the logout button is located.

What problems is Texta.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

We mainly use this software for layout and idea collection, it serves us more as a brainstorming tool than a text creation tool. However, it is pleasant to have a virtual assistant to go through ideas.

What do you like best about Texta.ai?

It's easy to use and the output surpasses the majority of writing tools available with ease of use, and high quality outputs. I would say it is my favorite out of almost 20 software tools I have used. Many are a huge help, but this tool is going to be taking the competitors by surprise.

What do you dislike about Texta.ai?

The limited integrations is a hassle. It would be great to connect ti other tools to colaboarte with others and syndicate content. Also would be nice to take a long for blog, and break it down into other contnet for other platforms. I have other tools for that, so not terrible.

What problems is Texta.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?

These tools can help with rapid ideas, rought drafts, and then handle 80% of the work in minutes. The remaining work is adjusting the written content to match my writing style and tone. As GPT 4 is added, this too will maybe slide from 80% done to 90% done. If you write weekly or monthly, you will save hundreds of hours and even more if you are scaling content creation with a team. No brainer to purchase this if you are a blogger or content marketer.
