What do you like best about SmartWriter?

It worked 'okay' for a couple of weeks, but then it went pear-shaped, and it started taking credits for no reason. The ice breakers were average, and the UI was mediocre when it was working.

What do you dislike about SmartWriter?

Unfortunately, I had to spend a whole day chatting to my card company to block future payments, because once you subscribe to this and pay for it, it's impossible to cancel on their website. I have also submitted a chargeback request.

I emailed them but there was no reply, and the chat support is non-existent.

Seems like they will get caught out soon enough, and this software will cease to exist.

Don't waste the time and money that I spent on this!

What problems is SmartWriter solving and how is that benefiting you?

It doesn't solve any problems - it creates an admin headache!

What do you like best about SmartWriter?

The software started working really good. The Smartscript feature yielded nice personalisations, and it worked well until it simply stopped working altogether.

What do you dislike about SmartWriter?

The Smartscript feature stopped working, and the company based personalisations were the only ones that work, but they were absolute garbage.

What problems is SmartWriter solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's giving me more problems now, since we need to get a refund, and I wonder how that will happen, when no one EVER has replied in their chat support.

What do you like best about SmartWriter?

The SmartWriter is an amazing tool for writing first lines since it allows me to simply provide the URL of the website I'm trying to reach out to. In addition, it finds the LinkedIn profile associated with the website, which is helpful when selling my service to other businesses.

What do you dislike about SmartWriter?

Sometimes the output will pull irrelevant information, but the team can refund those outputs to save credits. Additionally, it is impossible to generate one first liner, but forces you to generate 2~3, which can use more credits than intended. Let's hope the team allows only one output to be generated.

What problems is SmartWriter solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to write the first liner to the potential prospects that I want to reach out to without hiring a copywriter.

I feel it is very well-rounded and has a lot of different features. I would definitely recommend it if you're into AI content. I will only recommend the platform's UI be improved. But in my professional opinion, I think it's great. The interface is already well designed, intuitive, and easy to comprehend.

SmartWriter provides an automated solution that works for Emails, Linkedin, and Instagram outreach.

All I had to do was enter my prospect's site URL and some additional comments before the SmartWriter automatically generated some personalized content for me.

If you are someone who struggles with emailing or reaching out to individuals on social platforms, it would be very beneficial to use SmartWriter. It'll help take the stress out and allow you to focus on communicating.

Their AI writer is great and I enjoy their product.

What do you dislike about SmartWriter?

I wish it had more API tools. Having to log into SmartWriter is the only manual step that I'm not able to automate because there's no API for content writing.
