What do you like best about Notion?

I organize almost everything in my life—from work tasks and documentation to my personal to-do lists. One of the many things I love about Notion is how every feature is simplified; nothing is complex or requires tech-savviness. I've never needed to contact customer support since I haven't encountered any major issues that prevented me from doing my job. Any challenges I face are more about my own learning curve. I love Notion and use it every day, especially since I rely on it not just for work, but also to keep track of important things in my life. When I first started using Notion, I had a few feature requests that I submitted through their feedback pop-ups. Surprisingly, after a few months, they released these features, which made integrating Notion into my team's workflow even easier.

What do you dislike about Notion?

There's nothing I dislike about Notion, really—I just wish columns within callout boxes were possible!

What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?

Organization and documentation management—It's been wonderful to consolidate our documentation and tasks in Notion, with seamless linking between items. This has made it easier to handle staff turnover and onboard new team members to use Notion for work.

What do you like best about Notion?

There are definitely a lot of upsides to using notion but I will list my top 3

1. Notion AI - I use to rewrite and summarize the articles or in fact any material I read with ease.Also whenever I need some answers I prefer notion AI qand A cause it would provide answers from my notes and I can rely on it.

2. Second brain - Notion is a perfect app for a second brain . You can pretty much bring everything in your life into one space and keep track of things.

3.Notion calendar integration - This i have been using more commonly lately and I love it.

What do you dislike about Notion?

1.Would love a offline version

2.The RAM consumption is a lil high and would love to have some more speed.

What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?

Pretty much everything to do with my notes. I tend to read a lot of articles and books . AI summaries have been helpful.

What do you like best about Notion?

Notion is the ultimate all-in-one hub for my type-A brain because it allows me to organize, track, and plan with complete precision. I love how everything I need—tasks, notes, calendars (even sync my G-cal!), and databases—can be brought together in one place. It's the perfect tool for someone like me who thrives on structure and order. The customization options let me create systems that align perfectly with my workflow, and I can break things down into manageable chunks with all the color-coding and tagging I could ever want.

What do you dislike about Notion?

That level of control is key for me because it helps me stay on top of everything, whether it’s work, personal goals, or anything in between. But sometimes, I can get a little too carried away with the endless possibilities for customization. I have to remind myself not to overcomplicate things because, with my perfectionist tendencies, I can easily find myself overthinking or getting bogged down by decision fatigue.

What do you like best about Notion?

Uso o Notion como ferramenta para trabalho e estudos. Consigo criar pastas e páginas através da interface simples e bonita que ele possui e personalizá-las da forma que acho necessário, inserindo textos, imagens, tabelas, lista e vários outros elementos. Para mim, essa capacidade de "montar" os documentos como desejo e de maneira simplificada é o que mais me atrai no aplicativo.

O Notion possui várias alternativas para acelerar o fluxo de trabalho, como a opção de utilizar o atalho do teclado "/" para encontrar o sistema simplificado de blocos de opções. Essas e outras funcionalidades me atraem bastante, já que não preciso perder tempo procurando onde estão as funções que desejo inserir na minha página naquele momento específico.

Comecei a usar o Notion de verdade durante o meu trabalho de conclusão de curso na faculdade de Jornalismo. Para essa tarefa, ele funcionou como um centralizador de documentos e referências, onde eu e meu colega conseguíamos compartilhar artigos, atas, pautas, referências e outros documentos para a execução do trabalho. Além disso, também criamos uma lista de "para fazer" para acompanhar o desenvolvimento de cada tarefa que compunha o trabalho. Com isso, além de melhorar a visualização de todo o processo, o Notion nos ajudou a determinar uma ordem de prioridade que fizesse sentido para uma melhor evolução do trabalho. A implementação e integração foram simples e diretas.

A partir disso, passei a utilizar o Notion como ferramenta para outros estudos, usando o app, basicamente, como uma plataforma de anotações e um centralizador de documentos.

What do you dislike about Notion?

Pessoalmente, ainda não encontrei coisas que desgosto dentro do Notion. Ele me atende bem no que preciso dele e ainda preciso explorar um pouco mais do aplicativo para talvez encontrar algum defeito. Hoje, não tenho contras para mencionar.

What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?

O Notion me ajuda a administrar diferentes setores da vida. Nos estudos, posso fazer anotações de cursos que faço e separá-las facilmente de acordo com a área do curso, como marketing, SEO ou desing.

No trabalho, uso para organizar documentos, escrever posts e desenvolver ideias em mapas mentais.

What do you like best about Notion?

That's soo easy to use, Notion tasks managment helped me soo much, and it was easy to integrate on our Contact form, where we get new leads, each lead, new page, and with that it helped our daily work to manage tasks and clients.

We use everyday, the first thing I do on my work day is check the task, and see who is doing what!

Never thought it would help me sooo much, I really wasn't an organized person, but now I think I'm :)

What do you dislike about Notion?

It was not easy at first, I needed to watch a couple of video tutorials, and as the company already used for some tasks, we only needed to manage new items and where to put, but basically the first week at this job I needed to learn how to use the platform, I never needed the customer support, so I can't tell anything about it

What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?

The integration with our contact form, to organize any new lead.

To create an timeline of our tasks and to note what are the current projects that each one is doing, and each one of our projects has the specific groups. Each group takes care of different parts of the company, we integrate it all in Notion
