What do you like best about Intuit Mailchimp?

nothing helpful, very terrible, dishonest,, fraud practices this may be due to thier recent new ownership with intuit. I will add they had a few glitches like locking me out and hanging up the phone and missing features in my account that were accidnteal "glitches" but they actually have full control of what they are doing and its fully intentional.

What do you dislike about Intuit Mailchimp?

This is the complaint I have sumbitted to mailchimp compliance. Let see how they handle it. "I am contacting MailChimp regarding a serious issue with the onboarding process, where a Mailchimp employee, Kathleen, took control of my screen and submitted an SMS application without my permission. This behavior is illegal and unethical. I am questioning if Mailchimp employees are incentivized for SMS sign-ups or if this fraudulent activity goes higher up than that. I see the company was purchased recently by Intuit. There is complete lack of transparency on the website regarding token charges without providing the information to customer until after they signed up.

Considering a huge breach of trust I am concerned about other business information being used without authorization, such as unauthorized access to my social media accounts, potential data theft, being locked out of certain features so I can't protect myself, and more. I am demanding a complete termination of our business relationship and full refund within 1 day before filing with the Attorney General and the BBB. I will be keeping a copy of this correspondence for proof of this request."

now they have breached my trust, they are solving no problems

What do you like best about Intuit Mailchimp?

It makes easy for us to email newsletters to our database. It also links easily with our Eventbrite, making it easy to grow our database! Our marketing Manager Manager can do some amazing emails with it and she is great with a lot of it's features!

What do you dislike about Intuit Mailchimp?

I'm not as proficient with it and I don't know some of it's features. It would be great to get a tutorial from Mailchimp to maximise it's functionality.

What problems is Intuit Mailchimp solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows us to communicate easily with our database. We can schedule newsletters in advance and provides great information how enaged people are with our content. It also links very easily and speaks with our Eventbrite account. When people register for our events on Eventbrite it goes straight to our database, this saves us having to do the transfers manually.

What do you like best about Intuit Mailchimp?

For the price, the tools and automation are exactly what you need them to be, and social media scheduling is a nice additional feature. I am considering switching back from Constant Contact because the integration pushed data to HubSpot on whether contacts opened or clicked on marketing emails, while Constant Contact could not.

What do you dislike about Intuit Mailchimp?

It can be beaten by some other ESPs offering similar features on price (not by a lot) but it still serves as a very competitive option.

What problems is Intuit Mailchimp solving and how is that benefiting you?

MailChimp can provide emails at scale, where many CRMs will overcharge you for a large audience potentially built up over years organically. The data that comes back to HubSpot is informative to our sales team and the rest of our staff helping them understand how marketing is working on the individual level.

What do you like best about Intuit Mailchimp?

The first feature that I liked about MailChimp is its ability to create new advertising campaigns. This platform is incredible for creating new campaigns because it offers a different system where it is not so complicated to create a campaign. It offers a drag and drop system where you can create a campaign in just a few minutes, which allows the user to save time while keeping campaigns active in the company. Another feature that I liked about MailChimp is that this platform allows for high integration with most of the platforms that we use in the company. We have been able to integrate it with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and X. This has helped us to send campaigns quickly to these social networks without having to do it manually, just by keeping the synchronization active. I also liked the complete way MailChimp offers its statistics section. This is one of the most important sections for me as it offers me statistics to know which region the clients come from, what type of personal profile each client has, which social networks they have accessed the campaign from and much more. MailChimp's statistics are really too complete to correctly understand the direction of each campaign, I love that.

What do you dislike about Intuit Mailchimp?

When we started using MailChimp for the first time, I didn't like the free trial of this platform at all, as it offers a very low limit for the number of contacts you can enter during this trial period. In addition, you can't use most of MailChimp's default templates for your campaigns while you have the MailChimp trial plan. Another feature I didn't like about MailChimp is that it doesn't allow you to send scheduled notifications or reminders to clients who receive the campaign via email. I have to send these reminders manually and sometimes this can be a bit annoying.

What problems is Intuit Mailchimp solving and how is that benefiting you?

I must acknowledge the excellent results that MailChimp has provided since ir arrived at our company. Our company needed a system capable of keeping us active in online campaigns and also in promotions and general marketing, so we decided to add MailChimp to our software stack, and we do not regret it. This platform has allowed us to generate forms for our website and receive new forms from our clients from our comapny website, so we can contact them directly. In addition, this platform has allowed us to design quality campaigns, with the use of perfectly designed templates, this has allowed us to increase the flow of clients and potential clients received by each campaign. It is important to highlight that MailChimp has allowed us to exponentially improve the presence of advertising on our social networks, filling all our social networks with very attractive campaigns for all those who access them. We are satisfied with the results and the marketing provided by MailChimp.

What do you like best about Intuit Mailchimp?

Mailchimp provides a powerful set of features with their email platform that works seemlessly with their other online marketing products such as websites. Fairly easy to use with great support via email.

What do you dislike about Intuit Mailchimp?

Mailchimp is geared towards their own set or suite of marketing tools. I don't think there's a way to integrate automations with a website unless you're utilizing one built on their platform. Also, list management is a little cumbersome and confusing to wrap your head around initially; I suspect it was done that way to inflate the number of subscribers they get to charge you for.

What problems is Intuit Mailchimp solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have a large contact list and need a robust email platform that we don't have to worry about. Yes, every now and then there are issues...such as link tracking or tag/segment targeting for a campaign, but compared to other platforms, this provides a fairly robust set of options for us.
