What do you like best about ContextMinds?

We had not idea we needed this. We create ideas while maintaining our SEO. This combines the reasearch and ideation phases of every new product, campaign, course etc. The team collaborates on the same page and our timeline has been compressed by at least 30-40%. The support has been amazing and even when it is us (me) who has messed something up, support is very patient and helpful.

What do you dislike about ContextMinds?

We have wanted a traditional mindmapping key setup for a while .. but can see that is now imminent so no major dislikes.

What problems is ContextMinds solving and how is that benefiting you?

Consolidating idea creation and SEO research - and a nice presentation.

What do you like best about ContextMinds?

I will have to learn it. We will definitely use it with my son for his school preparation: we have a slow pace and attention disorder - so a lot of text is problematic for us, and he learned to record the material and then listen and follow along in the notebook. This will be much better, and we are going for it. My son (and I for teaching) can make a quick outline, overview of relationships, and keep adding to it without any problem (text, images, videos). Once I explore it more, I will definitely write more advantages.

What do you dislike about ContextMinds?

So far nothing, I can't think of anything that would bother me. Maybe I would take a quick guide, I don't know if it can be found somewhere.

What problems is ContextMinds solving and how is that benefiting you?

Clearer preparation of the syllabus for teaching. Son - clarification of concepts and relationships in specific topics from specialized subjects.

What do you like best about ContextMinds?

Alot of Mind Map tools I tried before are focusing on general usage. But ContextMinds actually focus on Content Generation, which is what I needed.

When trying to plot out a visual structure of topical authority for a website. Is always difficult, having to use multiple tools to research the keywords, topics, SEO competitors and so on. ContextMinds having these all inside is very useful and allow for high quality focused work.

I also very particularly like the Generate Text feature. It uses ChatGPT and based on the keywords grouping and all topics and keyword in that group and generate out draft content. From there I can actually have a clearly understanding of how my actual final article should be.

Having this baseline make working through the workflow easier. Especially that I can share the mindmap to others. Easier to work with Client and Copywriter, and Domain Expert to build a high quality SEO focused content marketing strategy for any website.

What do you dislike about ContextMinds?

The filtering need some work on, for the scopes. I would prefer i can have more granular selection of the topics. I want to filter by Keywords, or Topics, Related Topics. I feel the UX for that partion can be improve more.

Working with client, copywriter and domain expert to come out with high quality SEO focus content strategy.

What do you like best about ContextMinds?

The best brainstorming AI assistant, and helps me visualize and organize my thoughts!

It gives me suggestions on how I can expand a seed topic.

Helps me to plan content.

Helps me to organize ideas.

Helps me to map out strategies.

This is one of my most used software and will never ever stop using this!

I just love it so much!

Support is very responsive.

What do you dislike about ContextMinds?

internal users do not get a notification email when added to workspaces. So I have to let them know they were added, via slack or email or other messaging apps. Though I think that this is already in the roadmap.

What do you like best about ContextMinds?

Context minds allows me to organize my thoughts in an aesthetically pleasing way while also providing extra research on the side. The extra research and A.I. tools allow it to stand out in the field of mind maps

What do you dislike about ContextMinds?

While other users may find it helpful, I find all the options on the screen a little overwhelming. All the research showing up on the side takes away my focus while reading the map.

I was using it to do research and organize my thoughts while making the lesson plan for my classes. This allows me to focus my thoughts, research and notes in one place.
