While the platform is excellent, I’d love to see even more customizable workflows for unique sales strategies.

Persana AI solves the problem of scattered sales data and inefficiency in outreach. Before using it, our team struggled with manually analyzing CRM data, monitoring market events, and crafting personalized outreach. Now, Persana AI consolidates all this into one platform. It identifies high-intent prospects and ensures our messaging is both timely and relevant. This has drastically improved lead conversion rates and allowed our team to focus more on closing deals instead of researching prospects.

Our team loves Persana. The platform enables us to execute account-based prospecting at scale, all within one solution. For a lean team like ours, that kind of efficiency is invaluable. We're able to maximize our outreach and target the right accounts without having to juggle multiple tools or platforms.

None so far! Balancing team credits across different enrichments and providers can be a bit challenging, but that’s more due to our specific plan than the platform itself. Persana offers a range of plans, from starter options to unlimited access, so there’s truly something for every team size and need.

What do you like best about Persana AI?

Clear benefits:

- They are a bit more afordable then clay

- They are 300% faster in terms of support vs clay (hello Rohan if you're reading this)

- I can easily message in person their dev team to try to solve some problems

- I like their referral program

What do you dislike about Persana AI?

- I don't like their unpredicted product updates when they remove features that were included in lower pricing plans. I understand that they are trying to find their product market fit + pricing but this is annoying.

- Sometimes tables are slow, but this is a matter of time and optimization

- I have been following their YT videos but they problem with those is that it doesn't describe the full process. Just a bunch of leads that feels were prepared for the video :)

- I do not like their LinkedIn search criteria. I think that they easily can add more filters

Solves the problem with enrichning leads and companies under 1 table AND allows me to add ICP filter criteria AND AI personalization

What do you like best about Persana AI?

Persana AI has been a great addition to our sales toolkit. The generative AI for data collection is a smart approach and much easier than setting up filters.

The AI-driven personalization has improved our outreach quality, We’ve seen some improvements in how quickly we can build lead lists, and the personalization features have helped make our outreach more relevant.

It’s definitely made our workflow smoother. I’d recommend giving it a try!

Persana AI has so many features, it can take a bit of time to fully explore them all. That said, once you get the hang of it, the platform offers a lot of flexibility

Persana has been an absolute game-changer for my top-of-funnel activities. What do you dislike about Persana AI?

I would like to see Persana be more intuitive. The learning curve is quite high and could take a long time to tune it to your needs. However, the customer support is fantastic! I asked for help and immediately recieved it.

What problems is Persana AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's dramatically speeding up my account and contact research. This allows me to increase my daily prospecting activity.
