I've been testing out Afforai for a bit now and honestly can't believe how valuable it has become in my content creation workflow. Since we work with a lot of sensitive content topics, it's always good to citate some valid sources at the end of our content.

If you've ever tried researching medical stuff, you know how frustrating it is to find actual legitimate sources. Most AI tools just give you general info without telling you where it's from. That's because of the way, the AI calculates the next word. This also leads to a lot of hallucination.

What I love about Afforai is that it actually digs into real research papers and tells you exactly where the info comes from. No more endless Google searches. Definitely recommend giving it a try!

- The UX is very "simple" and a lot of functions are not well explained, the first time you enter the website

- This also follows into the ease of implementation: i.e. bringing your own AI Keys, can be quite a complicated setup. Especially if you change frequently during your workflow.

Je trouve aussi que l'interface utilisateur est très bonne et bien pensée. Enfin l'idée de surligner les passages de nos documents pour vérifier les sources de nos recherches est super.

Il serait bon de développer une fonctionnalité permettant d’exploiter pleinement des documents très volumineux (par exemple un livre de 1 000 pages), sans nécessairement recourir au mode RAG.

2. Segmentation personnalisable : Proposer une division automatique du document, soit par tranches fixes (par exemple, toutes les 25 pages), soit selon des critères dynamiques comme un sommaire ou une structure détectée.

3. Synthèse hiérarchisée : Générer une synthèse pour chaque segment, puis compiler ces synthèses dans un résumé global, permettant une navigation plus rapide et une compréhension claire des points essentiels.

Cette fonctionnalité en plusieurs étapes rendrait l’outil encore plus performant pour les utilisateurs ayant besoin d’interroger ou d’explorer des documents denses, tout en maximisant les capacités actuelles de traitement.

It would be nice to have greater integration or overlap with other research organisers. As some are Open Source, it would make sense to create a tighter alignment with that for people who have existing research libraries.
